Introduction - pearly penile papules

Hey all,

Let me first start by introducing myself and the reason for this blog. My name is tyrone and I have pearly penile papules (gee does that sound like an intro at a 12-step program or what?). I have had it since I can remember, about 12 or 13 years old. I am now 21, so that is like 8 years with these papules. I have been to like 5 doctors and all said they were normal and no therepy is required. Not good enough docs!

My main motivation for this blog is to find a cure. There has got to be something out there that can help. If we all get together and maybe each try something different we can eventually hit on something that works. What do ya say?

My sex life is suffering and my confidence in the sack is bad. Bad to the point that I don't want to pick up girls anymore. I have had a few freakouts from girls that I would rather not have had. It is not a disease girls! I didn't catch it from anyone and you can't catch it from me! Think of it as natural french ticklers...

I started toothpaste a while back but that hasn't worked. Two weeks of applying it with no effect. Those that say they have been cured with toothpaste must not have had pearly penile papules in the first place.

I am gonna try wart removal products next.

Unlike women, men do not readily discuss personal medical conditions and disorders with their friends. It is for this reason that pearly penile papules are very misunderstood.

It is not surprising that you would be plagued by worry and paranoia at the appearance of a bump on the rim of your penis. Immediately you would suspect venereal disease or even worse, cancer. The likelihood is that you do not have either, but rather a simple case of pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules
are very common among men, especially uncircumcised men. They are not as a result of bad hygiene and are not contagious in any way whatsoever. Many men actually find that they appear and disappear without any treatment at all.

However, if you are feeling uncomfortable with them, they can be effectively removed with a simple treatment of radiofrequency surgery. You should however consult your doctor and have them seen to should they emit a discharge or are physically painful.

Yeah, these pearly penile papules are embarrassing. I also had them since I know myself.

I got these things when I was 13. Now I'm 20. They're frustrating..indeed.
